USA TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES
Customers in the United States may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. KALOVY is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

Due to sanitary reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please read the following exceptions for replacement in certain circumstances.
DAMAGED OR RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if the product is damaged due to transit or if you were shipped the wrong order. Send us a photo of proof at email@example.com along with your order number, this way we can evaluate the issue and replace the product as promptly as possible.
In the unfortunate event of ordering the wrong item, we will replace the product if its in the same condition that you received it in, unused or unopened, and in original packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of initial purchase for exchange to be evaluated. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back your order. Please note that Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
