Once you place your order, it is processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-9 business days from the date it has been shipped for your order to arrive to you.

Tracking information is sent via email once orders are shipped out. Please note that tracking links may need 24-48 hours to generate. You can also simply sign into your Kalovy account and select “Order History" for all tracking information.

It is only possible to make a change to your order if the order has not been processed and shipped yet. Our team is working hard to dispatch your order as quickly as possible therefore order cancelations or modifications may not always be possibly upon request. Please contact us at info@kalovy.com with your order number and change/cancellation request details.

Due to sanitary reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please read our return policy for exceptions of replacement in certain circumstances.

Our cleansers and shampoos do not contain sulfates (SLS, SLES) or any other synthetic thickeners because they may lead to skin irritations and disturb skin's natural PH. When replaced with natural mild surfactants, mainly derived from natural sources such as fructose and coconut oil, they have gentle cleansing abilities that do not remove our skin's natural oils.

Our products are always trusted by beauty experts, scientists, dermatologists and are proudly approved by Health Canada. During the review and evaluation phase, products are tested for weeks ensuring effective and beneficial results.
